About the Wellbeing Center:
The Wellbeing Center at Warner Hall houses the Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD), Student Wellness and Health Promotion (SWHP) Wellbeing Operations and their team. Warner Hall is located next to Laurel Hall, where Student Health Services (SHS) is located. Together, these units make up a Wellbeing Neighborhood that supports holistic and lifelong student wellbeing.
The Wellbeing Center Student Building Manager oversees important event management operations and serves as the first point of contact for visitors. This position entails helping visitors navigate the Wellbeing Center and scheduling room reservations for events.

Assist with the implementation of safety protocols within the building.

Enforces building procedures when needed. Point of contact for building safety.

Clear all event spaces and lock down the building at the end of each day.

Provide on-site support for events, meetings, and programs (set up rooms before and after meetings, reset furniture or coordinate movers, set up technology needs or coordinate IT assistance, clean up or coordinate custodial support, etc.).

Prepare and install daily event signs for the building.

Assist in providing general information about Warner Hall and its resources to visitors.

Serves as the first point of contact and central check-in for staff, faculty, students, and visitors.

Direct students/clients at appropriate offices for scheduled appointments and/or triage urgent needs.

Maintain familiarity with campus buildings and campus directory.

Willingness to work 5 - 9 pm (Monday - Thursday) and various weekends.

Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects (up to 40 lbs.) with or without assistance

Evening and some weekend hours are required to meet the varied schedule of events.
