About the department / center:
The UD Ticket Offices are located in the Bob Carpenter Center & Delaware Stadium and handles ticketing for all UD Athletic and special events. The ticket office is looking for qualified individuals who have strong communication, customer service, and computer skills to assist with ticket operations for UD Athletic events, Delaware Stadium Events and Bob Carpenter Center Concerts/Events.
Role Description:
Responsibilities for Ticket Office Game-day Staff are to work game-days & outside events for the ticket office.
- Staff must commit to working 4 football games.
- Assisting patrons with strong customer service with sales.
- Will call and reconciliation of ticket sales at the end of each event/shift.
- Staff must be available to work nights, weekends and on occasion holidays.

Eligibility for Graduate Student Employment
Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program at the University of Delaware and be in good academic standing. To be considered for additional on-campus employment, applicants combined on-campus employment, including teaching, research and graduate assistantship, must not exceed 29.5 hours per week.
Graduate students on contract may hold additional employment, on campus or off, up to 29.5 hours per week total without approval by the student’s program, the student advisor or the Graduate College. However, graduate students on contract are encouraged to discuss additional employment with their advisors to avoid any situations that might hinder timely progress toward the degree.
