The AVP will serve as a key advisor to the Vice President for Finance and Administration and will lead communication on financial issues with the Lehigh community and with the Board. They will join a peer group of Finance and Administration leaders including the AVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, AVP and Chief Facilities Officer, AVP for Auxiliary Services, AVP for Campus Safety, Sr. Director for Real Estate Services, Internal Audit, and others. |

| The Director, Western Region, is a fully remote position that will reside in California. This position focuses on cultivating relationships with current and potential donors. The Director will manage a portfolio, guide donors through the gift cycle, make solicitations, write proposals, and steward donors, while collaborating with volunteers, university leadership, and Development and Alumni Relations staff to spearhead a proactive philanthropic strategy aligned with university priorities. |
