The Director of the Baker Institute leads the design, development, execution, and growth of entrepreneurial programming and experiences for Lehigh students across all disciplines, backgrounds and identities. The director is responsible for defining and advancing the Institute’s mission, ensuring a strong focus on student experiences as unique, immersive and authentic within the creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial mindset space. They serve as a key member of the Office of Entrepreneurship’s strategic leadership team, build partnerships across campus and are responsible for the staffing and culture of the Institute team. The Director oversees all aspects of the Institute’s diverse portfolio of programs aimed at fostering entrepreneurial thinking and nurturing student ideas, including the Hatchery: Student Idea Accelerator, Design Thinking for Future Makers, the Eureka! Ventures Program, and Lehigh Silicon Valley. |

The Head Coach provides leadership and direction to all facets of the program in advancing the mission of the University and the Department of Athletics. Specific areas of responsibility include (but are not limited to) teaching, tutoring, instructing or lecturing Student Athletes and other members of the Lehigh University Coaching staff. The purpose of this position is to promote retention and student success for first-year, transfer and second-year students. This position contributes to the mission and purpose of the Office of the First-Year Experience providing support and resources for the academic and social transition of new students and their families. It will utilize the department curriculum, bLUeprint, to enhance learning and development for students. This position is specifically responsible for supporting non-traditional populations of students like transfers and commuters; implementing transitional programming throughout the year; and supporting the sophomore population in scaffolded learning opportunities.
