The Department of Chemistry, Biochemistry, & Physics at Marist University invites applications for part-time faculty to teach General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and/or Physics I Laboratory in Fall 2025. Opportunities are available for both lecture and laboratory courses, with all instruction conducted in person.
We are especially seeking instructors with availability to teach lab sections during the following times:
Chemistry Labs:
Mondays, 8:00–11:00 a.m.
Tuesdays, 8:00–11:00 a.m.
Fridays, 2:00–4:45 p.m.
Physics I Lab:
Thursdays, 2:00–4:45 p.m.
An additional Tuesday afternoon lab (2:00–4:45 p.m.) may be offered depending on enrollment.

This position is responsible for teaching undergraduate-level accounting courses such as Financial Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Intermediate Accounting, etc. All courses will be taught using a combination of on-ground and online methods, with synchronous components. Strong technology skills are necessary. Instructors should have familiarity with learning management systems or a willingness to learn skills for effective online, hybrid, or blended instruction.
