| This position supports a research project on police perceptions of technology, with the possibility of assisting on other Criminal Justice program initiatives if time permits. The student will collaborate with the professor to create an annotated bibliography, develop a literature review, and potentially assist in data collection. Students who successfully complete a literature review section will have the opportunity to be credited as a third author on a submission to a top-tier journal, providing a valuable credential for graduate school applications (authorship is optional and contingent upon student participation). Responsibilities will be outlined in detail before the project begins, with regular meetings to track progress and provide guidance. This role offers practical experience in research, academic writing, and data organization within a supportive environment. |
