Responsibilities: |
- Ensure coverage, when appropriate, at activities, programs and events sponsored through Graduate Student Affairs.

- Communicate issues and/or concerns in a timely manner to designated staff.
- Interface with food service, public safety, facilities, residential life, purchasing, and other university offices to ensure appropriate communication to meet programmatic departmental and goals.
- Possess a student-centered attitude and mindset.
- Be knowledgeable of campus resources and refer students, faculty, staff, parents, and family as appropriate.
- Advise staff of issues, questions, and/or concerns that have yet to be addressed.
- Uphold university policies and procedures as outlined in the university student handbook.
- Assume role and responsibilities as a para-professional staff member of the Office of Graduate Student Affairs.
- Assist with various events such as graduate open houses, graduate orientation, and other events.
- Meet with supervisor(s) regularly.
- Support operational duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Assume other responsibilities as assigned.
- Perform administrative tasks with professionalism, attention to detail, while in a fun and relaxed environment.

Qualifications: |
- Enrolled as a Quinnipiac student and in good standing.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions on a case-by-case basis, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
