Responsibilities: |
- Greeting visitors to Dean’s Office Suite and assisting with inquiries.
- Typing, recapping notes, filing, copying, errands on campus (example: color copy jobs @ color printer on 3rd floor & pick up order(s) at QU Bookstore), assistance with mailings, preparation projects for upcoming SHS events, stuffing marketing one sheeters into folders for distribution, etc.
- Assist in inventory tracking of all SHS promotional advertising products
- Assistance with the stocking of items in SHS Supply Closet
- Sorting and/or delivering daily mail for SHS / SON & Graduate Office
- Responsible for keeping the SHS Kitchen well stocked on a daily basis (example: K-Cup® pods and water for the refrigerator and paper for the copier)
- May be asked to assist with other departments within the School of Health Sciences.
- Minimal lifting may be required.

Qualifications: |
- Personable and friendly to work on a constant basis with faculty, staff, students and visitors.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Transportation to the North Haven Campus.
- Juniors, Seniors or enrolled in coursework on the North Haven campus preferred but not required.

Hours of Position: |
- Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – to 4:00 pm
|
