Responsibilities: |
- Staff reception area and answer and direct phone calls, greet clients and file incoming mail
- Support areas of the agency through: typing, filing, ordering and organizing supplies, etc.
- Additional administrative duties may be required such as developing correspondence, excel databases or updating of databases and spreadsheets

Qualifications: |
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good telephone rapport
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of funding, personnel and client information according to APNH’s standard operating procedure manual.
- Ability to multi-task

Hours of Position: |
- APNH is open M-F 9-5pm. Applicants must have between 6-8 hours availability per week during the agencies operational hours for this position.
- This position is off campus and requires a reliable form of transportation to get to and from work
