| Responsibilities: |
- Design and produce a visually engaging weekly flyer using Canva or similar design software.
- Collaborate with staff and student organizations to gather content and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain consistent branding and visual identity in line with university guidelines.
- Ensure timely delivery of the flyer each week for both digital and print distribution.
- Edit and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Pick up and deliver the flyers to Res Life weekly.

| Qualifications: |
- Current or Incoming Quinnipiac University student in good academic standing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar graphic design tools.
- Strong eye for design, layout, and typography.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet weekly deadlines.
