Responsibilities: |
- Answering LC phone & e-mail
- Front of House duties, e.g. greeting and routing visitors to appropriate LC staff; completing appointment requests; providing information about LC services to visitors
- Assist with clerical/administrative tasks as assigned
- Supporting projects and campaigns developed by Media Team or other LC staff
- Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: |
- Commitment to lifelong learning and equity in access to learning
- Strong oral and written communication skills; additional technical communication skills may be necessary for some positions
- Strong interpersonal skills, including patience and empathy
- Problem-solving skills
- Willingness to grow skillset and to learn/use multiple software platforms

Hours of Position: |
- 3 or 6 hours per week
- Potential for additional hours when coverage is necessary
