| Will function as a technologist mainly in the Histology Laboratory. Perform duties that may include; running various laboratory instrumentation, performing manual testing, specimen receiving and processing; computer related duties such as patient entry, test request entry/requisition format, on-line/manual entry of test results, data retrieval, printing and answering worksheets, quality control, reagent preparation, following general laboratory and safety procedures including universal precautions and chemical and biochemical hazard precautions. |
