| The Application Coordinator - HIS works collaboratively with the Project Director and Project Managers, as well as other source owners, to develop a project plan for each project that will establish project timelines, tasks, and milestones in collaboration with the vendor. |

| The Psychologist performs assigned diagnostic and behavior intake evaluations to triage children for evaluations and services. Completes diagnostic evaluations according to accepted clinical practices and agency policies; participates in post-conference sessions, family conferences, and follow-up procedures; prepares all written documentation; tracks evaluation process; performs liaison activities with families, involved agencies, and professionals; writes team summaries; Provides developmentally appropriate recommendations for services and follow-up. |

| The Audiologist will identify, treat, and monitor disorders of the auditory and vestibular system portions of the ear. Other responsibilities may include assistance in Quality Improvement Projects and Clinical Research Studies, as well as assisting with authorizations, diagnosis, or billing issues. |
