Office Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator I) Chico
Working independently, under general supervision of the Director of the School of Nursing (SON), the Office Coordinator oversees the day-to-day work flow and overall operations of the Nursing Office. This is a complex department involving accreditation and state certification processes, with multiple programs and funding sources. API Student Success Center Coordinator (Student Services Professional III) Chico
Under the general direction of the Senior Director for the Student Learning Center (SLC), Cross Cultural Leadership Center (CCLC) and Student Transition and Retention (STAR) Center, and Affinity Centers, the Asian Pacific Islander (API) Student Success Center Coordinator will serve as a member of the Asian American Native Hawaiian Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Center/CCLC staff, providing direction and advisement in educational and cultural programming for AANHPI student population. The incumbent will be relied upon to provide insight, leadership, direction, and coordination to areas of responsibility. The AANHPI Center and CCLC provide a collaborative space to enhance academic and social integration for historically under-served student populations (i.e. Underrepresented Racial Minorities, First­ Gen, Pell-Eligible). Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President, Equal Opportunity and Dispute Resolution, incumbent will investigate EEO, Discrimination, Harassment, Retaliation, Title IX and other complaints. Incumbent will coordinate between HR units and the campus community to investigate university matters, resolve disputes, and resolve grievances and other complaints. The essential duties require the incumbent to interpret and apply specific operating policies and procedures, perform research, prepare reports with recommended courses of action, make in-depth analytical studies and investigations which may have broad impact, develop strategic solutions to complex problems as well as make recommendations for changes in policy or procedures, and may handle problems of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
