| Working independently, under general supervision, Facilities Control Specialists are primarily responsible for the installation, monitoring, maintenance, adjustment and repair of electric, electronic, pneumatic and digitally controlled building automation systems which manage the most complex HVAC and refrigeration systems. This position proficiently uses building automation systems to diagnose and troubleshoot problems. Incumbent will estimate cost, time and materials for projects and participate in the maintenance and operations of applicable heating and air conditioning systems and equipment either remotely or on-site.
