Job Summary


One position available. Under direct supervision, the Webmaster will assist with maintaining and improving all aspects of the Titan Radio website. Must have intermediate HTML skills, and be comfortable working with CSS, PHP, and JavaScript, as well as audio and video files. Assist in creating programs and apps for the radio station. A Web Developer should possess a strong attention to detail and graphical sensibility. They should also be team-oriented, and have the ability to work for others and meet deadlines.

The Web Developer will be expected to:
-Assist with maintaining and developing the Titan Radio website management system and the Internal Documentation site.
- Work with the General Manager to design the look and feel of the Titan Radio website.
- Assist with updating the Archives section of the Titan Radio website.
- Assist with the maintenance and operation of Titan Radio server, encoder, and the DJ booth webcam.
- Assist with PC/network troubleshooting (printer setup, adding shared drive, etc.)
- Update the Titan Radio website as needed and as directed by the General Manager.
- Assist with maintaining Titan Radio webcasting
- Prepare weekly reports for submission to the General Manager
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position.

Required Qualifications
  • Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student.
  • Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated), or who is registered for the subsequent semester.
  • In good academic standing (not on academic probation, continued probation, academic dismissal).
  • Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.

Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act Notification:
Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the current Annual Security Report (ASR) is available for viewing at: https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/. This report contains the current security and safety-related policy statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information, and drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains statistics of Clery Act crimes for California State University, Fullerton for the last three (3) calendar years. Paper copies are available upon request at the CSUF Police Department.

 

Notice of Availability of the Annual Fire Safety Report (AFSR)
In addition, pursuant to the Higher Education Opportunity Act, the AFSR is also available at https://hr.fullerton.edu/risk-management/clery-act/. The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within California State University, Fullerton housing facilities for the last three (3) calendar years, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus. A paper copy of the AFSR is available upon request by contacting the Housing Office located at The Housing & Residential Engagement Main Office.
