Job Summary
The Annual Giving team prepares for Titans Give, which is Cal State Fullerton’s annual 24-hour online fundraiser! While Titans Give happens just once a year, the planning, promotion, and strategy-building happen year-round. The Digital Giving Student Assistant will work alongside the Director of Annual Giving to help build momentum, create engaging content, and track our progress leading up to the big day. We are looking for someone who wants a hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media, and campus engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
• An outgoing individual with a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to work as an effective member of a diverse office team • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and volunteers. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and learning new tools. • Understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and X (Twitter). • Excellent customer service and organization skills • Ability to work effectively in both professional office and dynamic event environments • Ability to work year-round (including summer and intersession)
Required Qualifications
• Current student at CSUF and is enrolled/registered (fees paid) in a current regular semester as a new or continuing student. • Student who has completed the prior semester (has not graduated), or who is registered for the subsequent semester. • In good academic standing (not on academic probation, continued probation, academic dismissal). • Student who is authorized to work in the United States and can provide employment eligibility documents.
Preferred Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Basic knowledge of digital tools like Canva or Adobe for creating visual content. • Enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Background Check
A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily and is required for this position. CSU will make a conditional offer of employment, which may be rescinded if the background check reveals disqualifying information, and/or it is discovered that the candidate knowingly withheld or falsified information. Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check may affect the continued employment of a current CSU employee who was conditionally offered the position.

The purpose of this report is to disclose statistics for fires that occurred within California State University, Fullerton housing facilities for the last three (3) calendar years, and to distribute fire safety policies and procedures intended to promote safety on campus.
