Job Summary
This position serves as the Payroll Coordinator for University Housing and is directly responsible for processing a broad range of payroll actions. Under the direction of the Director of Business and Finance, this position is responsible to prepare documentation for a variety of payroll actions including: data entry for time and absences, auditing, tracking leaves, and onboarding assistance.

Department Summary
University Housing (UH), a unit within the Division of Student Affairs, consists of Facilities Operations, Housing Administration, Custodial Operations, Diversity and Inclusion, and Residential Student Experience. University Housing provides a premier living and learning experience for over 8,800 students in residence hall and apartment-style communities. Key Qualifications
- Ability to maintain records, retrieve data, compile and present information in a concise manner for meetings and reports.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set own priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or its equivalent. Four years of general office support or technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience)

Salary and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Range: $46,376 - $55,000 per year
Classification Range: $46,368 - $72,864 per year
