This position works closely with colleagues in Student Affairs and Academic Affairs to shape experiences that promote student success, engagement, pride, and a strong sense of belonging. The role also includes shared responsibility for overnight orientation activities, upholding university policies, ensuring student safety, and responding to emergencies when needed. This position plays a vital role in fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for all new students, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to thrive at CSUSB. |
