Application Support Manager (Administrator I) Chico
Reporting to the Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, the Application Support Manager provides strategic leadership for the reliable, efficient, and innovative delivery of applications that support Chico State’s administrative and business operations, including systems such as the ID card platform, Adobe Sign, the ticketing system, and other functional-area applications. The manager leads a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting, enhancing, and sustaining a diverse portfolio of university systems, ensuring that projects, implementations, upgrades, and integrations are delivered effectively and aligned with institutional priorities. This role builds strong partnerships across the Division of IT, with campus stakeholders, and with external vendors to advance strategic technology investments, promote continuous improvement, and enhance user satisfaction. Facilities Services Coordinator San José
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities Operations, the Facilities Services Coordinator performs all duties but works independently in performing all procurement services, inventory control, work control functions and minor project coordination for University Housing Services. Direct supervision of facilities student assistants to include recruitment, training and evaluation. Provide directions and oversees setup and break down during University Housing Services major events to laborers.
Veterans Counselor/Certifying Official San José
Under the general supervision of the Director, Veterans Resource Center, the Veterans Counselor/Certifying Official will perform the duties of the Certifying Official of the Veterans Administration (VA) Education Benefits Program, which includes the Federal Vocational Rehabilitation Program, the Educational GI Bill for veterans (or dependents) of deceased or disabled veterans, and the Reserve Bill. In addition, this position will be responsible for knowledge and implementation of current policies, regulations, and procedures administered by the Department of Veterans Affairs; the incumbent will be responsible for informing students of changes in VA policies and regulations, advising students of their educational rights, and providing general academic counsel.

The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Human Resources Benefits Analyst to serve as an integral part of the Human Resources Management (HRM) Benefits team responsible for administering benefits for the California State University's (CSU) 23 campuses and the Office of the Chancellor. The incumbent performs a variety of professional, technical, and administrative duties that support the following CSU benefit and retirement plans: medical (administered by CalPERS), dental, vision, long-term disability, group life, leaves of absence, voluntary benefits (flexible spending accounts, life, disability, employee assistance, critical illness, home/auto, pre-tax parking, tuition fee waiver) and retiree plans (pension (administered by CalPERS) and supplemental savings). Police Officer - (Police Officer) - University Police San Francisco
The University Police Department (UPD) is responsible for enforcement of all laws, apprehension of violators, maintenance of order, preservation of human life, protection, and safety services to the SF State community. It is our goal to provide a safe environment for our campus community through proactive, progressive and professional law enforcement services. Our approach places an emphasis on public services and crime prevention. UPD is a progressive customer service-oriented department that encourages employee participation, innovation, and leadership. Under the direction of a Police Sergeant, the incumbent is expected to perform law enforcement duties including: foot, bicycle and/or vehicle patrol of SF State campus, residential properties and surrounding community; investigate and prepare preliminary investigation reports; issue citations; make arrests; assist in the prosecution of violators of law; provide crime prevention information; and serve as a proactive resource to a uniquely diverse community. The incumbent may also work as part of a security detail with civilian and other law enforcement agencies at university and special events. The incumbent has the opportunity to participate in a number of special assignments such as bicycle patrol, various training instructor positions, detective work, background investigations, crime prevention, field training officer, motors and various lead officer positions.
Electrician Chico
Under general supervision, electricians perform the full range of journey-level skilled electrical and related work, including installation, maintenance, modification and repair of electrical apparatuses, equipment and systems. Incumbent installs and maintains typical and specialized electrical systems, and provides electrical support for related trades, such as HVAC and telecommunications. Work includes both new installations and repairs/retrofitting. Responsibilities include support services for campus events, such as setup and removal of temporary power. Incumbent performs routine operational duties such as tracking work orders, preparing cost estimates, maintaining inventory, monitoring and inspecting the work of contractors, preparing reports and ordering supplies. Electricians are required to be on standby for emergency repairs, as scheduled. Conference and Administrative Services Coordinator San José
Reporting to the Senior Director, University Housing, the Conference and Administrative Services Coordinator performs duties under general supervision and works independently to assist with administering the Conference Housing Program, a comprehensive program providing summer and academic year student, conference group and guest housing services for approximately 5,000 to 7,500 individuals annually.
Laborer San José
Under the direct supervision of Assistant Director for Facilities Operations, the Laborer primarily performs general unskilled manual labor, which includes a variety of general repair work and preventive maintenance that does not require journey-level skills, assisting with moving/relocation scheduled work requests, uses powered or non-powered cleaning and materials handling equipment and delivery trucks. Performs other tasks such as the collection, segregation and recycling of various materials, the set up and break down of tables, chairs and canopies, the movement of furniture within/to/from an office, assists with relocation needs due to repairs and the set up and break down for annual Admitted Spartan Day and Opening Days.
