The Office of Data Management, which oversees and analyzes data from admissions, matriculation, scholarships, recruitment, and retention to improve everything from applications to students' academic offerings, is looking to fill the role of Business Process Analyst. This role will be in charge of reviewing and updating all business process guides in preparation for the quarter to semester migration. The position will work with multiple areas to document the current processes as well as looking for improvements and documenting those for the future.

Under general direction of the Director of Data Systems, the Data Visualization Analyst in the Office of Data Management will be responsible for creating and designing on-brand visual text and imagery concepts that successfully communicate ideas and information in way that’s captivating to a variety of audiences. This individual will create data-driven reports and materials that align with the division's branding to ensure consistency across all internal and external communications. The role involves leveraging various tools, including Power BI, Adobe Suite, and other visualization platforms, to transform both quantitative and qualitative data into engaging and insightful visual narratives. Additionally, the individual will assist in the creation and updating of internal business documents such as annual reports, marketing materials, presentations, web templates, and infographics.
Administrative Support (Administrative Support Assistant II) Chico
Under general direction, the incumbent performs a wide array of clerical and secretarial tasks, ranging from moderate to complex, in support of the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master of Social Work (MSW) programs, as well as providing essential office support for the Department of Social Work and faculty.
