This position reports to the CPaGE Assistant Dean. The Director of Enrollment Services (DES) is responsible for the development and supervision of the enrollment team staff and the development of a positive and productive team culture, the optimal operations of the College’s enrollment and registration systems, the provision of high-quality customer service to students and internal and external partners, the coordination of the College’s enrollment and registration hardware, software and information technology systems and the effective tracking and reporting of enrollment data as needed.
