Under the direction of the Associate Director, Housing Facilities, the custodian will provide various custodian and housekeeping support services for on and off Housing, Residential Life & Auxiliaries (HRLAs) complexes. The incumbent will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned building, floors, facilities, foyers, stairwells, including but not limited to cleaning student rooms, common areas, lounges, kitchens and hallways; clean and disinfect bathrooms; strip and wax floors; clean windows; move furniture from one area to another; wash concrete areas outside of the buildings, execute the delivery and pickup of guest-requested items to and from guest rooms, maintain carts and manage constant supply of clean linens for Summer Conference programs, ensuring closets are fully stocked and remove trash and dirty linens including cleaning and care of flooring (e.g. carpet, tile, etc.) high dusting, edging, scrubbing, cleaning of desks, and perform other related duties as required.

Under the general direction of the Director and Parking Manager, the Administrative Support Coordinator II provides journey-level administrative and coordination support for Parking and Transportation Services. The incumbent serves as the lead administrative coordinator for alternative transportation programs, departmental timekeeping and payroll processing, executive administrative support, and compliance-based reporting. The position exercises judgment in applying established CSU and CSUSB policies and procedures, coordinating complex administrative processes, maintaining official records, managing schedules, supporting departmental initiatives, and serving as a primary point of contact for transportation programs.
Graduation Advising and Transfer Credit Specialists (Student Services Professional II) Chico
Graduation Advising and Transfer Credit Specialists (GATCS) provide comprehensive, developmental advising to students approaching graduation, transfer students, and students returning after an absence. Services are offered through drop-in advising, referrals, scheduled appointments, workshops, seminars, and pop-up graduation events. In support of the University’s commitment to student success, retention, and timely graduation—as well as University and Chancellor’s Initiatives—GATCS perform complex professional student services work under the general direction of the Assistant Registrar for Graduation and Articulation. Incumbents exercise independent judgment to research, analyze, and resolve complex graduation and transfer credit issues. GATCS apply extensive knowledge of state, system, and campus policies, procedures, and regulations to evaluate and adjust student records, ensuring accurate application of academic credit toward degree completion. Through effective communication, resourcefulness, and direct student engagement, GATCS help students understand requirements, plan academic pathways, and develop strategies for successful degree completion from analysis through implementation. Director of Development, College of Health (Revised) East Bay
The Office of University Advancement includes various departments that work together to maximize philanthropic support to the University, heighten the University’s visibility in the community, and actively engage alumni in the life of the University. The University Advancement – Development team is responsible for securing all levels and types of private support including annual gifts, major gifts, corporate gifts and planned gifts. Under the supervision of the Sr. Director of Major Gifts, the Director of Development will be responsible for directing a full-spectrum of development and fundraising activities at the University level and specific to an assigned College (and other Colleges and programs as assigned). The Director of Development will focus primarily on securing individual major gift support ($25,000+) and, to a lesser degree, will facilitate garnering corporate and foundation support. With a high degree of independent judgement, the Director of Development is expected to conduct an average minimum of two visits per week, requiring extensive travel and attendance at evening and weekend events. The Director of Development will strategically move prospects and donors through the major gift fundraising cycle (i.e., identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship) while also building a small pipeline of high-end Leadership Annual Giving donors; thereby maintaining a robust Prospect/Donor Portfolio. The Director of Development will maintain a portfolio of 75-95 prospects/donors at the various fundraising/development stages. The Director of Development will work collaboratively with the assigned dean(s), department chairs, faculty, university leaders, and Sr. Director of Major Gifts to plan, articulate, and implement a comprehensive strategic fundraising plan to raise funds to meet the educational mission of the university and assigned college(s), programs, and areas.
GameZone and Esports Coordinator East Bay
Under supervision of the Director, Recreation, Wellbeing, & University Unions (RWUU), the GameZone and Esports Coordinator is responsible for the development and coordination of a comprehensive campus Esports / Gaming Program. The GameZone and Esports Coordinator supports general operations for the GameZone, including gaming consoles housed in the GameCave, and leisure games such as billiards, air hockey, card games and board games offered within the GameRoom. This position coordinates equipment needs for both the program and the facilities involved and collaborates with the Director to establish annual budget projections for acquisition, maintenance and repair. This position ensures procedures for minimizing risk and injury to participants while engaging in programs and services, and establishes protocol for reporting to the Director, Risk Management, and emergency response personnel when applicable. The GameZone and Esports Coordinator is responsible for providing lead work direction for the GameZone student staff including hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and training the team to facilitate daily operations of the GameZone spaces. This position works closely with Recreation, Wellbeing, and University Union (RWUU) leadership to enhance student leadership development through training experiences focused on customer experience, outreach efforts, and skill acquisition, while also implementing regular assessment of student employee skills and measured growth. The position also collaborates with RWUU staff to develop annual reports, procedure manuals, and statistics for programs/facility usage. They work with RWUU staff to support data collection and evaluation of programmatic impact upon recruitment, retention, and graduation efforts.
