The Office of Admissions is looking for an independent, detail-oriented, quick-learning and professional individual to be part of our Transfer Admissions team. Under the general supervision of the Director of Admission and supervising Associate Director, the Transfer Admission Counselor coordinates the processing, evaluation, and advising of applicants for assigned groups. The counselor must follow a wide and complex range of relevant policies when making final admissions decisions. This position is also responsible for advising on Admission requirements, policies and procedures to various audiences including prospective students/applicants, faculty and staff. Working with other East Bay offices, the counselors also participate in the campus-wide effort to recruit prospective students as well as support the transition of admitted applicants to enrolled students. |

Reporting to the General Accounting Manager, the position primarily works within the Accounting & Fiscal Services General Accounting unit but may work in other Fiscal Services areas, including Accounts Payable, Auxiliary Organizations, and additional areas. Responsibilities include collecting, processing, and analyzing accounting transactional data, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, and coordinating auditor requests. |

Parking Coordinator - Administrative Support Coordinator (ASC) I

Under the general supervision of the Director of Parking & Transportation Services, the Parking Coordinator independently manages day-to-day operational, financial, and administrative functions for campus parking services. The position oversees student enforcement staff, coordinates permit and citation operations, manages event parking logistics, and provides customer service to faculty, staff, students, and visitors. The incumbent ensures compliance with CSU and state regulations, serves as a liaison to external agencies, and contributes to budgetary and program planning to support the efficient operation of Parking & Transportation Services. |
Confidential Campus Advocate

The Confidential Advocate provides confidential and privileged in-person crisis counseling, advice, assistance, case management services, accompaniment, advocacy, resource and referrals on behalf of survivors of sexual violence, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking. Advocacy includes assistance in coordinating services with California State University, East Bay (CSUEB) resources and, when applicable, with local agencies on behalf of the individual including areas of Student Services, the local campus police department, coordination of legal advocacy, medical advocacy and other assistance/University services as needed.
The incumbent will develop and maintain referral protocols for incidents of sexual violence, and provide trainings to the campus community about how to refer to both on and off campus resources. They develop and maintain a network of resources including emergency shelters, legal support, and mental health services for survivors. This individual will also provide training and consultation to staff and faculty members at the University, and work with campus administrators to create systems that are trauma-informed and survivor-centered.
The incumbent will also develop and lead prevention, education and awareness programs related to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking to the campus community with the goal of reducing these crimes. They will recruit and train student leaders to develop a peer advocate program for violence prevention on campus.
Due to the nature of the work, additional or irregular hours such as early morning, evening hours, and weekends is required, as well as occasional evening hours and travel to CSUEB’s Concord campus. |
