This position is an integral part of the Student Health & Counseling Services (SHCS). The Physician participates in the daily operational and practical needs of SHCS, primarily performs medical diagnostic and treatment activities, and participates in practitioner peer review staff educational and administrative meetings, as needed. This position will also assist SHCS with its on-going preparation for re-accreditation and HIPAA compliance as well as provide health education and participate in teaching activities. |
Associate Counselor (Pool)

Associate Counselors, under the supervision of the Director of Counseling and their clinical supervisor, provide intake assessments, crisis intervention, and short-term individual and couples counseling to students of the University. They work collaboratively with counseling and medical staff to help students maintain optimum mental and physical health. The Associate Counselor may also provide group counseling and outreach presentations to the campus community in partnership with licensed clinical staff. This recruitment will be used to establish a pool of candidates for current and future temporary positions. These are temporary, part-time (0.60 time-base) positions through May 22, 2026, with the possibility of reappointment. This appointment cannot exceed 2 years in the position. |

Sponsored Programs Specialist (Pre and Post Award)

Under the general direction of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs' (ORSP) Director of Grant Administration, the Sponsored Programs Specialist is responsible for supporting proposal development and grant award management including compliance that nurtures institutional systems to expand the University's capacity to attract external funding for the advancement of its mission and strategic commitments. The Sponsored Programs Specialist assists the AVP of ORSP and Principal Investigators (Pis) with identifying grant opportunities that align with internal resources, expertise, and priorities. This role also assists faculty with the timely submission of proposals to external entities including non-governmental/private foundations and responds to queries from all sponsors including private sponsors by collaborating with the University Advancement team. This position will handle both pre- and post-award duties as assigned by the Director of Grant Administration. Duties include transitioning awards from the pre-award phase to the post award phase, which includes: reviewing incoming funding notices, awards, and agreements, performing compliance checks, and transitioning a complete package to the ORSP post-award team. Additionally, this position will manage awards as a post-award personnel for a few grants that are assigned. Other duties as assigned may include, but are not limited to: communicating information, updating, maintaining, compiling, and preparing written procedures and other relevant documents. This position will support the ORSP day-to-day functions by contributing to the efforts, such as, but not limited to: data collection, compliance, and award closeout of all grants including non-governmental/private grants to support the functioning of ORSP. |
Case Management Coordinator

Reporting to the Director of Counseling Services, the Case Management Coordinator serves as a primary resource for students of concern on campus. The position provides case management services to students with complex mental and physical health problems, academic and social challenges, difficulty navigating campus systems, and safety concerns who are reported to the Student Care Team. Case management services include but are not limited to providing assessment, intervention, advocacy, resources and referrals, and follow-up services. The position coordinates student services and provides referrals to the appropriate resources on campus such as Student Health and Counseling Services, Accessibility Services, Student Conduct, Rights and Responsibilities, Office of the Registrar, Financial Aid, and off-campus community agencies. The Case Management Coordinator works with Student Wellbeing to respond to emergency assistance requests and disburse emergency funding. The position also works with University Housing and Residence Life to place students in on-campus Emergency Housing, and coordinates case management and transition planning to longer term placements. |
