Major Duties

The Administrative Operations Analyst provides ARCS (Autonomy Research Center for STEAHM) administrative support in maintaining ARCS day-to-day office oversight and operational workflow. Responsibilities include:

 

(40%) Administrative and Operational Responsibilities

Manage travel, equipment, and other purchases, reimbursements, and check requests

Manage on-boarding process for all new student and faculty hires

Assist the Director in analyzing and developing projections for budget and accounting of Center finances

Arrange meetings (set agendas, take notes and follow up on action items)

 

(30%) Project Management

Manage student assistants and student participation, communication, and policies for ARCS-related activities

Support ARCS directors and senior personnel to plan, implement and evaluate center activities/events

(20%) Report Preparation and Tracking

Organize, track, facilitate, and write annual reports with corresponding supporting documents

(10%) Other: Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required. Minimum 3 years of full-time, progressively responsible administrative experience. Proficiency in computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with coordinating meetings, planning and implementing events and travel arrangements. Experience of arithmetic and general office procedures in human resources, budgeting, and evaluation. General knowledge of financial record keeping methods, procedures and practices

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule

This position is employed through The University Corporation (TUC).

 

The anticipated hiring range: $62,400.00

THE SELECTED CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO PASS A THOROUGH DEPARTMENT (BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION AND LIVE SCAN).
