Typical Activities
Under minimal supervision of the ERC Program Manager, the Administrative Assistant will work independently to:
Administrative Support:
● Organize and maintain files, records, and documents (digital and physical).
● Monitor and manage email correspondence, including responding to inquiries and redirecting as needed.
● Perform general office tasks at the ERC San Bernardino, such as front office line of contact, data entry and answering phone and walk-in inquiries.
● Update calendars and databases related to programming & community events.
● Share & follow up via previously created communications, including events, rental and general inquiry emails.
● Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate individuals or partnerships.
● Ensure the co-working space is well-maintained, including managing the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of common areas, meeting rooms, and amenities.
Event and Program Support:
• Coordinate logistics for workshops, networking events, and training sessions.
• Support participant registration and follow-ups.
• Ensure smooth execution of events by handling venue setup, catering, and technology needs.
Social Media Support:
● Assist in posting and scheduling content for social media platforms.
● Monitor and engage with audience interactions across social media platforms.
Some travel to ERC locations in Temecula and Palm Desert for special events may be required.
