The Department of Aviation and Technology at San José State University is pleased to announce a search for a tenure-track faculty position in Aviation at the rank of Assistant Professor specialization in Professional Flight or Aircraft Systems. The incumbent will be required to teach courses in private pilot ground, instrument flight, commercial pilot ground, aviation meteorology, aircraft multi-engine, or courses in aircraft systems, flight controls, flight operations, avionics, turbines, powerplant, as well as courses in general aviation areas such as air traffic management and aviation management. In addition, the incumbent is expected to carry out sponsored research and guide student research projects. |
