- Multiple temporary hourly-intermittent Facility Operations Assistant openings in Campus Recreation at the Stockton Center.
- Position available on or after June 17, 2024 and ending on or before August 29, 2024. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrates general knowledge if Recreation Sports and fitness activities.
- Demonstrates effective organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrates ability to work independently.
- Demonstrates current First Aid and CPR certification (Training will be acquired within one month of hiring).
- Demonstrates experience in opening and closing duties of facilities.
- Demonstrates effective response to emergency situations, injuries and first aid procedures.
- Demonstrates effective customer service with difficult patrons/concerns and complaints.
- Must attend annual and semester staff training (dates to be determined).
- Must have a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
