The primary duties of the Systems Administrator for the Enterprise Administrative Application Services team include the development, maintenance and training of campus applications including but not limited to UD's ITSM application, Google Apps, E-signature applications, Cloud storage, O365, Zoom, 25 Live and other hosted enterprise administrative applications. The position will not only assist with the technical integration of the product into potential University systems, but also assist with workflows and best practices in the design phases of system roll-outs or feature enhancements. This position requires a high degree of technical capabilities, time management skills, a strong attention to detail, and exemplary customer service skills.
Minimum qualifications for Enterprise Platforms Systems Administrator:Associate's degree OR 3 years experience in a customer support role.Experience with application support and administration or class experience.Knowledge of the ITil framework for service delivery and design.Experience with complex application design and implementation.Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Experience working on a team.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to promote inclusive excellence in the workplace.
The Senior Enterprise Platforms Systems Administrator will meet the above minimums plus the following:8 years experience with application support and administration.5 years experience in a customer support role.Experience with ITil framework for service delivery and design.

Preferred Qualifications for Enterprise Platforms Systems Administrator:Bachelor Degree in computer science or related field.4 years IT experience managing applications.Higher Education IT experience.ITIL foundation Certification.Experience managing ITSM applications.Coding experience.Experience in IT training.
Preferred qualifications for a Senior Enterprise Platforms Systems Administrator:7 years IT experience managing applications.
