Position Summary:

Are you a customer service leader with a passion for excellence and a commitment to fostering a positive student experience? The University of Dayton is seeking a dynamic Senior Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our Student Development division.

Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Parking Services, this position oversees a team of employees, providing leadership through motivating, coaching, counseling, training, scheduling, and problem-solving. The role requires discretion and independent judgment in managing parking services, analyzing policies, and resolving issues. The incumbent will deliver high-quality customer service in a complex office environment and oversee the configuration and maintenance of the parking management system.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
Customer service experience
Effective verbal communication skills
Effective written communication skills
Evidence of strong organizational skills
Ability to make sound decisions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Knowledge and experience with software programs (i.e. Microsoft Office & T2 Powerpark) Technical aptitude with parking management systems (e.g., T2 PowerPark, T2 EBusiness Management System, and Banner)

Preferred Qualifications:

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, computer science or related area
Five years of demonstrated successful customer service experience
High level of public relations skills to effectively deal with conflict and complaints
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate autonomously
Evidence of strong analytical skills
Evidence of strong problem-solving skills
