Completion of Master’s degree from an accredited college or universityAt least 1 year working with college-aged students (all post-undergraduate experience is considered; HS work with Juniors and Seniors will be considered) Field or academic background related to a specific academic unitExperience with Starfish by EAB/Hobson, Banner, DegreeWorks or equivalent systemsExperience instructing/teaching/facilitationAbility to communicate knowledge of current student development best practicesAbility to communicate knowledge of current academic advising best practicesAbility to deliver equitable and culturally appropriate holistic student support Ability to communicate knowledge of Appreciative Advising and NACADA best practicesAbility to demonstrate a commitment to the distinctive characteristics of Marianist universities
