The Business Operations Coordinator is a vital role within the Roger Glass Center for the Arts, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. This position encompasses facility management, including building access and maintenance, expense control, and contract administration. It also involves comprehensive box office management, from ticket sales and reporting to strategic collaboration on marketing events. Furthermore, the Coordinator will supervise front-of-house student employees and contribute to the maintenance of the College of Arts and Sciences intranet page. This role demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative, financial, and customer service skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and contributing to the overall success of the arts center.
Associate’s Degree or two years of Business Operations experienceStrong organizational skillsPractical experience in operations, marketing, or expense trackingArticulated ability to support the University of Dayton’s commitment to the principles of inclusive excellenceEffective written communication skillsAbility to work independently with a high degree of flexibility
