AN APPLICATION FOR PERMANENT EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATION UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR’S LABOR CERTIFICATION PROCESS
This Notice is being provided as a result of the filing of an application for permanent alien labor certification for the following job opportunity:
Position Title: Assistant Professor of Management Specializing in Organizational Behavior and/or Entrepreneurship
Position Requirements: The candidate must have a Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a program accredited by AACSB or EQUIS. A.B.D. (all but dissertation) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a program accredited by AACSB or EQUIS is acceptable. The candidate must also demonstrate potential of publishing in leading and high quality academic journals as evidenced by an on-going stream of research or by having scholarship already published or under review, as well as demonstrate effectiveness in teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level in the marketing discipline, or an allied discipline.
Position Duties: The job duties of the position are as follows: (i) teach undergraduate and/or MBA courses in organizational behavior, entrepreneurship and business strategy/policy, and related courses; (ii) perform research and maintain an ongoing publication agenda in leading and high quality academic journals; (iii) perform service to the department, University, and academic community; and (iv) collaborate with colleagues.

Scheduled Work Hours: This is a full-time, academic position with typical work hours ranging from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
