| Position Summary: |
This position provides system administration support for Linux based servers. Assist development, users, and management in resolving technical issues throughout the ERP suite of products. Position will act as first/second level support resource for technical issues related to system performance and security. Monitor security alerts and install tested patches and upgrades. Position will be required to work on-call hours (after hours, weekend, and holidays) occasionally. |
| Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor degree
Two years’ experience in an enterprise IT environment
Experience installing and maintaining a Linux server environment
Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Due to the nature of this position, applicant must be either a U.S. Citizen or permanent resident.

| Preferred Qualifications: |
Experience with VMware
Experience with configuration management systems such as Puppet/Chef.
Experience with MySQL/Postgres.
Experience with Tomcat, Apache.
Experience in a Banner production environment.
Working knowledge of Oracle.
Working knowledge of networking.
Demonstrated troubleshooting on a variety of systems.
