- Place all fruits and vegetables in the refrigerator, as needed;
- Assists with breakfast prep, as needed;
- Prepare salads (using recipes) for salad bar;
- Make fruit and vegetable platters for catering;
- Serve on the hot counter;
- Load refrigerators as needed;
- Clean up the working area;
- Clean up the vegetable refrigerator;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
