Position Summary:
|
Katz College is one of the fastest-growing parts of Yeshiva University, with graduate programs in AI, data science, health sciences, nursing, and more. Every program needs supplies, software, services, and equipment to run, and this role makes that happen.
This role will be reporting to the Director of Administrative Operations (or designee). You'll be the school's purchasing hub. Program managers come to you with what they need. You get it through the system, keep things moving with University Procurement and Accounts Payable, and make sure the numbers reconcile at the end of the month. You'll see across the whole school and work with a wide range of people, and when things run smoothly, it will be because of you.
This role is a good fit for someone who likes order, enjoys solving problems, and wants to work in a modern way. We use Microsoft Lists, Planner, and AI tools to cut the busywork, and we're open to your ideas for making the process even better.
Casual positions offer flexible hours, with no more than 19 hours per week.
