Position Responsibilities:

Marketing:
- Oversee YU Global's social media presence across various platforms to align content with our brand and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement digital marketing and print campaigns
- Analyze marketing metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets
- Manage CRM workflows, ensuring efficient processing and follow-up of prospective accounts
- Generate and analyze weekly reports on learner progress, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Represent YU Global at recruiting events, effectively communicating our programs and services to potential students
- Provide support to the Enrollment Director on various projects as they arise
- Develop and implement a monthly webinar series, focusing on topics relevant to our target audience and aligned with our educational offerings

Experience & Educational Background:
|
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, enrollment management, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools
