Position Responsibilities:

- Screen patients
- Approve patients for the clinic and assign them to therapists
- Answer students’ questions (Extremely important)
- Provide evening clinic coverage
- Provide ad-hoc supervision of students as needed (with co-signature of clinic director)
- Oversee charting (including the maintenance of electronic charting)
- Manage data within our electronic medical record as it changes and grows
- Manage our in house video recording system (VALT)
- Manage our remote video recording system (google MEET)
- Update all clinic materials as needed, such as manuals, brochures and website.
- Manage crises (under supervision of clinic director)
- Treat as many patients as needed to satisfy licensure requirements (with co-signature of clinic director; this is also extremely flexible and all treatment modalities are available)
- Be available to faculty and staff for all issues involving the clinic
- Attend faculty meetings as needed
- Meet with individual doctoral faculty as needed
- Help with “clinic related classes”, such as SCID training
- Coordinate the rating of student therapy videos for evaluation purposes
- Help with admissions as needed
- Participate in outreach as needed
- Teach one course per academic year
