The Program Manager will report to the Senior Associate Dean of Nursing and support the undergraduate Nursing program in the Katz School of Science and Health.

Position Responsibilities: |
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Utilize Castlebranch to manage and monitor a variety of confidential clinical documents. Provide daily monitoring to ensure compliance with CCNE accreditation standards. • Create and maintain a variety of confidential and sensitive data such as academic student records, faculty files, and teaching evaluations. • Maintain program accreditation documentation in compliance with CCNE standards. • Collect and maintain clinical faculty credentials including licensure, certification, identification, etc., in compliance with CCNE standards. • Assist with the organization and management of clinical site affiliation agreements. • Serve as the main point of contact for incoming and continuing Nursing undergraduate students. • Assist with evaluating and updating program handbooks. • Serve as a liaison by organizing and assisting with student site visits. • Assist with student course registration, monitor progress towards degree completion, and serve as liaison to all university offices. • Support planning and execution of health science clinical events such as Interprofessional educational (IPE) activities. Additionally, assist with orientation, graduation, and pinning ceremonies. • Collaborate with the Senior Associate Dean of Nursing on semester schedules. • Participate in student recruitment and retention initiatives. • Assist the program with the management of purchasing requests, classroom requests, conference travel, and faculty reimbursements. • Prepare and disseminate relevant reports each semester. • Collaborate and communicate with other health science programs including occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, physician assistant, and others as needed. • Participate in assisting coordination of NYSED/CCNE accreditation site visits. • Some evening hours will be required as well as participation in on-campus department and school-wide events. • Complete other duties and tasks as assigned. |
Experience & Education Background: |
• A baccalaureate degree is required. Master's degree is preferred. • Experience utilizing a clinical management database preferred. |

Salary Range: |
$64,000- $65,000 |
