Position Responsibilities: |
• Lead the strategy, development, and production of high-quality fundraising proposals, case statements, stewardship reports, and campaign collateral. • Ensure all donor communications reflect the University’s voice, brand standards, and fundraising priorities. • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar which incorporates all key IA events and programs with a corresponding schedule of support • Partner with development officers, faculty, and leadership to craft persuasive, customized materials that articulate impact and inspire philanthropy. • Supervise and mentor a team of communications and event professionals • Provide strategic oversight for the planning and execution of fundraising events, including gala dinners and leadership donor events • Serve as the primary liaison to the University’s Marketing and Communications division. • Collaborate to ensure alignment of fundraising messaging with university-wide communications and campaigns. • Advocate for advancement needs within broader institutional marketing strategy. |
