| Position Responsibilities: |
The Director will manage the strategy, preparation, coordination, and follow-through for the President’s donor relationships. This includes:
- Preparing briefings
- Identifying new prospects
- Tracking next steps
- Advancing Yeshiva University’s highest fundraising priorities
- The Director will work in collaboration with the Department of Institutional Advancement

- Significant fundraising experience, including experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors and prospects
- A deep commitment to Yeshiva University’s mission and the ability to communicate that mission compellingly
- The highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Creativity and the ability to identify and develop new philanthropic opportunities
- Outstanding judgment and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through
- The ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with donors, colleagues, and University leadership
