Facilities and Housekeeping Manager	Facilites & Maintenance	Wilf Campus, 500 West 185th Street, NY, NY
Reporting to the Facilities Services Manager who provides general direction and coordination of work, the Facilities and Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for the supervision, training, record keeping, and coordination of event preparation and breakdown for Custodial and Maintenance staff. The supervisor oversees the daily operational and personnel activities of the department’s staff, including custodial staff, Mechanics and Trades in campus buildings, including Residence Halls, off-site locations, and grounds. The Facilities Supervisor will also conduct daily campus and building inspections and provide daily inspection reports and feedback to the Manager for Facilities Operations & Maintenance. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 3:00 pm
Housekeeping Supervisor	Facilites & Maintenance	Beren Campus, 245 Lexington Avenue, NY, NY
The Housekeeping Supervisor at the Beren Campus is responsible for day-to-day housekeeping responsibilities, which include the cleaning of academic facilities, labs, offices, cafeterias, and dormitories. Also included are all set-ups required for academic and event activities on the campus, and coordinating projects with the maintenance supervisors. Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Sunday 10:00 am- 7:00 pm

This role requires a highly skilled visual storyteller with strong production management experience—someone who can independently create compelling work while also directing others and managing complex workflows. The Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Communications, oversees a freelance team and collaborates across academic and administrative units to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital presence. The ideal candidate combines creative judgment with operational excellence, bringing a refined visual perspective, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a track record of delivering high-quality work under deadline.
