Position Summary:       

Yeshiva University, Katz School's Speech Language and Pathology program has an adjunct instructor position available for Fall 2018 semester beginning, August 28, 2018 - December 17, 2018 for the graduate course entitled, Cognitive and Higher Language Disorders, scheduled to held on Tuesdays 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This course examines the continuum of care for acquired brain injury (from acute care to post-acute rehabilitation and community reintegration) as well as communication disorders for special needs individuals (Autistic spectrum disorders, pragmatic disorders, processing disorders). 

Position Responsibilities:

The Department of Speech Language Pathology welcomes a dynamic clinician and educator to join our team focused on making a difference in the healthcare profession.  A positive, student-centered philosophy is highly preferred.  

Experience & Educational Background:

  • MA, MS, or PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA CCC-SLP is preferred

Skills & Competencies:

  • Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level
