Position Summary:      

The Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University is seeking to fill an Assistant Professor position in the School-Clinical Child Psychology Program. The position is a 9-month tenure-track faculty line beginning in September 2019. We are looking for an outstanding candidate with training and professional identification with the professional specialty of school psychology.

Position Responsibilities:

The position will involve the following:

  1. maintaining an active research agenda in a substantive area related to school psychology
  2. teaching graduate classes in the School-Clinical Child Psychology PsyD Program – possible course assignments include psychoeducational assessment, school-based intervention, and school consultation
  3. supervision of doctoral student research projects and
  4. related program responsibilities.

Experience & Educational Background:

  • Applicants with a strong record of research productivity and the potential to support a research program with potential external funding are sought.
  • The candidate should be licensed or license eligible in New York State.

The School-Clinical Child Program is an APA-accredited and NASP-approved Doctor of Psychology Program.
