Job Summary:
|
The purpose of this position is to assist the Recruitment and Outreach Services area, a unit of the Admissions and Recruitment office, with event promotion, campus tours, greeting students, and answering phone and providing general office support. |
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
|
1. Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC 2. Excellent customer service and communication skills 3. Proficient with technology, including typing, MS Office, and basic computer functions
|
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
|
1. Previous customer service experience 2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and technology 3. Familiarity with ECC’s campus and the enrollment process, or ability to learn these skills quickly
|
Essential Duties:

1. Assist recruitment with event staffing and promotion 2. Give campus tours 3. Answer phones and make calls 4. General office support 5. Reception desk coverage
