Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to assist the Student Access & Disability Services office with greeting students, assisting students with completing online forms, answering phone, and providing general office support.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

1. Completed at least one semester of classes (at least 6 semester hours) at ECC

2. Excellent customer service and communication skills

3. Proficient with technology, including typing, MS Office, and basic computer functions

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Previous experience in and knowledge of the subject area preferred

Essential Duties:

  1. Greet students who come to Student Access & Disability Services office and check in student for appointment.
  2. Assist students, who come to Student Access & Disability Services office, with completing online form to register for or request accommodations.
  3. Navigate students, who come to Student Access & Disability Services, to other offices on campus.
  4. Answer phones and make calls
  5. General office support
  6. Reception desk coverage
