Position Summary/Job Duties:
Miggy's Bakes is a local bakery specializing in cookies, brownies, cookie cups, and cakes. Our founder started her business out of her college apartment in 2019 while studying economics at UW-Madison and now has opened a bakery in Middleton.
This position will be repsonsible for primarily cake decorating, but will also decorate other treats as needed. Day to day will consist of prepping frosting, designing custom cake orders, and filling the bakery case with fun cakes. Various shifts available between 8 AM - 9 PM each day of the week. Must be able to stand for 6+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
Some baking experience and knowledge required, but can teach the right candidate! Looking for people with a positive attitude, hard workers, problem solvers, and those that work well in a team. Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is a must.
Pay starts at $13/hour + tips (average around 15-16/hour) and increases with experience.
