Position Summary/Job Duties:
4 Lakes Properties is looking for individuals to work full time hours to help our staff complete grounds and painting projects, at our Westside luxury apartment communities. Car to get to and from job, is perferred. Hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm. Responsibilities would include grounds cleanup, trimming, weed control, interior and exterior painting, general cleaning, swimming pool care, carpet removal, general maintenance, planting flowers and shrubs and other tasks as requested. Preferred applicant would have a great work ethic, willing to learn, want to work a fulltime schedule. Flexible start and end times possible. Part time Availibilty also considered. Work hard make money. We always have projects to keep anyone busy.
Qualifications:
Hard worker with a great attitude. We will train.

May have to lift 20lbs
