Position Summary/Job Duties:

Groundskeeper Summer Intern

Location: Madison, WI
Duration: Summer 2025 (May–August)
Hours: Full-time, including weekends and special events
Compensation: $12-$15

Job Overview:

As a Groundskeeper Summer Intern, you will assist in maintaining indoor/outdoor spaces to ensure they are safe, functional, and visually appealing of managed properties. You will work closely with the groundskeeping crew to support daily maintenance tasks and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining landscaping
  • Watering plants and assisting with irrigation system maintenance
  • Preparing outdoor areas for various weather conditions
  • Performing general facility maintenance and equipment upkeep
  • Assisting with property turn over preparation, including but not limited to painting, cleaning, small maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring proper storage of supplies and tools
  • Supporting seasonal projects

Qualifications:
